ISCPA offers several time and cost effective recruiting opportunities to connect employers and students.

By registering on the new ISCPA On-line Career Center employers can post full-time jobs* and internships. Additionally, employers may be given access* to resumes posted by students and alumni from our 23 member colleges and universities, sorted by a number of criteria. You may also be able to post positions that will be viewed exclusively by ISCPA students and alumni.

An additional unique opportunity allows employers to interview ISCPA candidates from the entire state, at one convenient location.

ISCPA Interviews - Recruiters can interview candidates from all ISCPA member schools with only one campus visit! The interviews are coordinated by the host school, and marketed exclusively to all member schools. Employers find this a convenient recruitment tool that works.

CareerFest -- Job Fair - This job fair brings together employers in business, government, and the non-profit sector. This event is exclusive to students and alumni of ISCPA member schools. Recruiters are able to meet with students with a variety of majors looking for employment and internship opportunities.

TeacherFest -- Educator Job Fair - The purpose of TeacherFest is to connect quality teacher candidates from ISCPA member schools with Illinois school districts. This seventh annual education job fair will bring together over 500 teacher candidates from 23 colleges and universities throughout the state.

Employer Advisory Board - Listening to the needs of employers is critical to the success of ISCPA. To provide a forum for employer feedback, ISCPA created the Employer Advisory Board. Please email us to request more information.
